Chase Long is a highly experienced professional and produces high quality work effectively and efficiently. I will always call him for my decking needs.
Chase is the man! The only deck company I would use in the state of Tennessee.
We used Long's Decks in June 2021. They tore down our 24' x 12' foot deck and replaced it. From start to finish everything went fast and smooth. We are very happy with our new, beautiful, and safe deck. Chase showed up on time to give us a quote. They got the job done BEFORE they said they would. His two guys showed up on time everyday, cleaned up at the end of everyday, and worked so incredibly hard in the heat. I highly recommend them.

Chase and his team did a great job replacing our deck and correcting prior construction issues that could have structurally jeopardized our elevated deck. He was on time for the estimate and was able to insert us into his work schedule, completing the entire job in one long day, sooner than estimated. Highly recommend Long’s Decks.

I would give more stars if I could. This was the absolute model experience someone should have from start to finish while working with any type of deck building. I called and talked with the owner, Chase, and he immediately gave me a quote over the phone and explained his process. He offered to come out and shore up that estimate because I have a tricky shape to the back of my home. The materials used were top notch, this isn't big box store lumber, this deck is going to outlast my house. Workers were extremely quick AND efficient. Chase gave me a call with updates and I always felt informed. Chase and the crew were also able to help me with some siding/facia board issues which was a HUGE help. I am beyond pleased and will recommend this to any homeowner, realtor, company ect.

The Balsley Family has been using Long’s Decks for over 2 years now. Chase Long and his team originally started work on our property to rescue us and salvage our deck ...a job gone bad from a different contractor that I released mid job. Wow, Chase really came through for us!!! He took the reigns, and the outcome was 2400sq ft of beautiful decking. Longs Decks, by name and trade, specializes in decks, obviously, but I was so pleased with their professionalism, work ethic and skill set that I asked them to do other projects and jobs for us... all with a stellar outcome! Chase Long is a straight shooter with great communication skills. If you call him and he can’t talk at that moment, he will shoot you a text and acknowledge you called and let you know he will get back to you ASAP…and he does. . He uses quality materials and his crew does excellent deck work. I had a small project. Creating a small Balcony coming out of my 2nd story Kitchen door with stairs going down to the ground. He quoted me what I thought was a fair price for the quality materials. We agreed upon a date and time and his crew showed up on time ready to work. You can tell he and his crew know how to build quality, yet affordable decks. Plus his crew cleaned everything up. I highly recommend Long’s Decks. Job well done Chase and Crew!
We spoke with Chase Long after speaking with a previous customer whom gave Long’s Decks a good review. Chase responded quickly with a fair estimate. Not the cheapest or the most expensive quote we received. Chase walked us through a simple design an the process of demolition of our existing deck and replacing it with a larger deck. We chose Longs Decks over a number of other contractors / handyman types, Construction started ahead of schedule because of a supply issue on another job. Chase’s crew, includIng Daniel, was on time, fast and efficient. The guys were great. Professional courteous, and very capable. They made quick work of the job. Is the deck perfect? No, there are minor imperfections and a couple of choices that could of been done better. However, the deck is beautiful and I will probably be the only one that notices them. The deck is stable (a huge improvement over the previous deck) and visually pleasing. My yard? Cleaned up nicely, again, not perfect, but more than acceptable. After a couple of weeks we still have not discovered any lost screws in the driveway or hidden issues. I recommend Long’s Decks to anyone needing a deck. Really super guys to have working around your house and family and an excellent job done. Price was fair and value was high for our beautiful new deck.
